The management and staff are really friendly. They picked me up from the airport which was a big plus. They were always warm and even recommended places to visit around. Early check-ins and late nights coming back to the stay are not a problem here. Nice clean rooms, Great staff and a very Safe location. Couldn't have asked for more. They even helped me with the bus booking to Pokhara and were okay with staying until the bus timings for a nominal charge.Definitely coming back here again.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Thamel, Kathmandu, which makes it easy to explore nearby attractions. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff

Recurring outside noise around 2am. Loud voices and exchanges. Under no control from the property.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the rooms are quiet and cozy. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is waling distance to alot of tourist spots like the Durbar Square, Garden of Dreams, Palace Museum and alot of restaurants and shops nearby.

There are alot of pigeons in the balcony and they poop everwhere. There is a little smell coming from the toilet so the toilet should always be closed after using or even after cleaning so the room could smell so much better.

Centrally located but off the main street, friendly staff, clean and tidy room. Also hotel offers free airport pickup. Decent breakfast included.

Un reliable wi-fi and no TV

The hotel was very conveniently located in the middle of Thamel and a 15 minutes walk from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The staff were very friendly and also easy to reach as well. The breakfast was simple, consisting of eggs, bread, some fruit slices, and a local pancake-like food, but very delicious and filling.

The TV was broken and the window wasn't able to lock, which isn't too much of a problem on the 4th floor. The room walls were a bit thin so it was a bit noisy in the morning with the cars and pigeons outside. The front door of the hotel was also locked at night for security purposes, but a hotel staff sleeping in the lobby was always available to open it. Airport pickup was only free from 6AM to 9PM, after which it was charged, but at least they were willing to change it to a free airport dropoff instead.

The staff was friendly and it was nice that they offer airport pickup. It’s on a more quiet road so it’s nice to sleep.

The location in Kathmandu was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I came here repeatedly whenever I returned to Kathmandu.

There is always a switch to turn on to make sure you have hot water for a shower.

Street with traffic so rooms at the front of buildings with high noise. No elevator so be aware in case of big luggage

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed and very kind and helpfull staff and owner.Our room was in 5th floor , very quiet and cossy if you need a good sleep.We had a great time and definitely worth the price.

This hotel literally saved my trip. First I was looking around for good USD exchange spots but none with good rates, hotel boss offered me a very good one that covered the cost of my trek to manaslu. Then after I got scammed very badly on the trek and came with significantly low cash, he accepted me and offered a cheap ride to the airport. The boss is responsive, kind and helpful. My trip in Nepal can’t be completed without him and his family and staff. The breakfast was also very good value considering it’s included (way better than the mountain ones)

The location is fantastic, just off the main busy street, quieter. The room is as shown in the photo, simple and clean. Every staff member is exceptional, and they never say no to any requests. The owner is flexible and super friendly. The breakfast: cappuccino, latte, banana pancake, toast, and eggs can be prepared any way you want.

I liked everything and will stay here again for any future trip. Recommended for anyone, single or couples.
